Hi, I’m Marian Molhem, proud State Farm Agent, California native, and mom of two amazing boys, Luca and Noah.

As a busy parent myself, I understand how important it is to protect the people, homes, vehicles, and goals that matter most. That’s why I’m passionate about helping individuals, families, and small business owners find Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and other coverage options that fit their lives and help them feel prepared for what lies ahead.

Born and raised in Northridge, I was proud to open my State Farm agency in my hometown in 2019. My insurance journey began in 2014, including four years as a team member before becoming an agent, giving me more than 11 years of experience helping people make informed insurance decisions. Insurance has always been about more than policies and numbers for me. It’s about people, families, and the relationships built along the way. What continues to motivate me is knowing that the work we do can make a meaningful difference, whether we’re helping protect a family, a home, a business, or simply being a dependable resource during an important moment.

One thing that sets our office apart is how personal we make the insurance experience. I genuinely care about the people we serve, and I’m proud of the culture my team has created. My office is friendly, welcoming, professional, pet-friendly, and offers both virtual and in-office appointments. We can also assist customers in English, Assyrian (Aramaic), and Spanish.

Outside the office, family and community are a big part of my life. My husband and I have been partners since 2013 and were married in 2022, and we stay busy raising our two young boys. I enjoy cooking and baking with healthy ingredients, staying active through Pilates and strength training, supporting local businesses, and giving back to the community that has given so much to me. I’m also involved with the Northridge Chamber of Commerce and enjoy being part of the local community.

Our office is conveniently located in Northridge, near California State University, Northridge (CSUN) and just south of the Nordhoff and Reseda intersection. We proudly serve customers throughout Granada Hills, Van Nuys, Porter Ranch, Chatsworth, North Hills, Simi Valley, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, and Encino, along with communities across California and Arizona. I’m honored to have qualified for State Farm Ambassador Club every year since opening my agency, and I look forward to continuing to serve the community I call home.
